In the kitchen, curry loves chicken meat the most. Today we are here with the chicken in curry sauce.
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- For service:1/4 parsley
You can prepare the sauce with the addition of the same amount of cream instead of milk. But add at the last moment and do not boil the sauce too much.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil in a pan. 600 grams of chopped chicken breast, and cook it until the water is gone.
To prepare curry sauce; melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan in a separate pan. Add 1 tablespoon flour on top and smell and stir until you get color.
Add 2 cups of cold milk to the grated flour and mix quickly with a whisk to prevent the flour from agglomerating.
Add half a glass of hot water, 1 teaspoon of curry, 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Bake the sauce for 4- 5 minutes with continuous stirring until low heat has reached a thick consistency.
Add the sauce you prepared to the roasted chickens and after cooking, continue cooking for 5 minutes.
